Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious Premium Acquisition Manager (PAM) to join our retail branch banking team. This role focuses on acquiring High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) and Affluent New-To-Bank (NTB) liability relationships, driving stable CASA balances, and deepening high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify premium catchment areas to target and acquire HNI/Affluent liability customers.
• Conduct high-impact marketing and lead generation activities tailored to affluent client segments.
• Schedule consultative meetings with potential HNI clients, presenting customized wealth and liability products.
• Clearly explain product requirements, minimum balance criteria, and service benefits while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Cross-sell relevant asset, investment, and insurance products to newly onboarded high-value clients.
• Build a robust reference network through existing high-value customers to generate fresh pipelines.
• Track daily performance metrics, update sales reports, and collaborate closely with branch operations.

Key Performance Indicators (KRAs)

• Successful acquisition of High-Value CASA NTB accounts and growth in CASA Value (AMB).
• Achievement of High-Value Insurance (HI/GI/LI) premium targets and Retail Term Deposits (TD).
• Zero deviations in Audit, KYC, AML, and compliance audits.
• Minimum of 7 new high-value customer meetings per day.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Graduate.
• Deep knowledge of local markets and affluent customer preferences.
• Exceptional communication, salesmanship, and relationship-management skills
