Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Premier Relationship Manager in the Direct Channel division of Life Insurance at Bajaj Life. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understand their life insurance requirements, and provide tailored solutions. You will also work closely with the Direct Channel team to achieve business targets through customer engagement, cross-selling, and upselling insurance products. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, coordinating with underwriting teams, resolving customer queries, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or financial services.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of life insurance products, investment options, and financial planning.
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, and upselling skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; relevant certifications (such as IRDA certification) are a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer-focused roles in the insurance or banking industry is advantageous.
