Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preferred Relationship Manager located in Pune City. The Preferred Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals (HNI), providing personalized banking and wealth management solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying customer financial needs, offering tailored banking solutions, and achieving revenue and business targets. The role involves cross-selling products such as investments, loans, and insurance while ensuring excellent customer experience and satisfaction. Continuous coordination with internal teams for service delivery is an essential aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and nurturing long-term client relationships and addressing customer inquiries effectively.
- Banking and Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial products, investment plans, wealth management, and loan offerings to provide customized solutions.
- Sales and Negotiation: Skills in identifying opportunities, cross-selling banking products, and achieving revenue goals.
- Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to present solutions effectively and maintain professional client interactions.
- Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess customer needs, analyze financial situations, and provide strategic solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM Software: Experience in using Customer Relationship Management tools or banking software is an advantage.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Work Experience: Previous experience in banking, financial services, or client relationship management is highly desirable.
