About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer with proven, hands-on experience designing and optimising customer preference management experiences (Preference Centers).

Mandatory Skills

• Preference Center design - purposes, toggles, granular preferences, consent UX
• Information architecture - taxonomy, hierarchy, navigation, card sorting
• CX design - customer journeys, omnichannel preference experiences
• Wireframing and prototyping - Figma, Sketch or Axure
• Accessibility - WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, inclusive design
• Usability testing and UX validation - test design, moderation, analysis, success metrics

Preferred Skills

• OneTrust Preference Center familiarity and configuration constraints
• Privacy domain knowledge - GDPR, CCPA, consent frameworks
• Enterprise design systems

• Hands-on Preference Center design experience is required for this role
