What You'll Do
- Design, evaluate, and optimize pipelines that integrate genomic, clinical, biomarker, and broader healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine and clinical research applications
- Assess and improve how AI systems interpret, reason about, and generate healthcare and genomic data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to align data strategy with scientific and clinical goals
- Ensure data quality, regulatory awareness, and meaningful communication of results to diverse stakeholders
- Apply domain expertise to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clinical relevance, and scientific soundness
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration and data governance across clinical or research environments
- Skilled at translating complex, multi-modal data into clear, meaningful insights for scientific and clinical audiences
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical settings
- Detail-oriented and rigorous — you hold yourself to high standards of accuracy and scientific integrity
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
- Familiarity with precision medicine frameworks, EHR systems, or genomic data platforms
- Background in bioinformatics, clinical informatics, or translational research
