This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Precast Draughtsman. The Precast Draughtsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for precast concrete components. Core duties include interpreting architectural and structural blueprints, preparing shop drawings, modifying designs as per specifications, and ensuring designs comply with industry standards. The role also involves close collaboration with engineers and project managers to deliver accurate and timely drafts for diverse construction projects.

• Proficiency in technical drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of precast structures, construction drawings, and industry standards
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural designs with precision
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with engineers and project managers effectively
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Design, or related field
• Previous experience in precast design or a similar role is highly desirable
