Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Preschool Trainer role based in Noida. The Preschool Trainer will train, coach, and support preschool teachers in implementing Kinderbots curriculum, teaching methodologies, and classroom management practices. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions and workshops, demonstrating best practices in play-based learning, and observing classroom sessions to provide constructive feedback. The Trainer will collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistent quality across classrooms, assist in developing training materials, and stay updated on early childhood education trends. The role also involves monitoring training outcomes, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting new teacher onboarding.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education, play-based learning, and child development principles.
- Experience in teacher training, coaching, or mentoring within preschool or primary education settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage educators and staff.
- Ability to design and deliver structured training programs, workshops, and demonstration classes.
- Skilled in classroom observation, feedback, and performance evaluation.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools used in early childhood classrooms.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple training schedules.
- Positive, patient, and inclusive approach to working with educators from diverse backgrounds.
- Prior experience in a preschool franchise or structured school system is an advantage.
