Role Description
The Preschool Franchise Trainer at Kinderbots India will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to franchise teams on curriculum implementation, teaching methodologies, and operational processes. Key daily tasks include conducting training sessions for teachers, developing training materials, assisting in curriculum roll-out, and ensuring standardization of teaching practices across franchise locations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring the quality of education, providing feedback and mentoring, and fostering a positive learning environment for educators. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Early Childhood Education and curriculum development
- Experience in designing and delivering teacher training programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Organizational, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Comfortable with using technology to create training materials and systems
- Flexibility, adaptability to a collaborative work environment, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Prior experience of 3+ years in training or mentoring within the education sector, preferably in a preschool or early childhood setting
