Pre-Sales Telecaller

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Telecaller role based in Bengaluru East. The Pre-Sales Telecaller will engage with prospective customers via phone, explain Ciara Homes interior design and construction services, and qualify leads based on their requirements and budget. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining updated records in CRM or lead management systems, and scheduling follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team. The role also involves sharing basic project information, clarifying customer queries, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams to support campaigns and conversions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and local language proficiency.
• Candidates should possess customer service and client engagement skills, such as active listening, empathy, and professional phone etiquette.
• Candidates should possess basic sales and pre-sales skills, including lead qualification, objection handling, and follow-up management.
• Candidates should possess organizational and documentation skills, including accurate data entry and use of CRM or spreadsheets.
• Relevant skills such as familiarity with real estate or interior design services, ability to understand project requirements, and basic market awareness are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, manage a high volume of calls, and meet call and conversion targets.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a telecaller, inside sales representative, or customer support executive is preferred but not mandatory for motivated learners.
