Job Title: Pre-Sales Telecaller – Residential Real Estate
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Pre-Sales Telecaller to manage inbound and outbound customer calls for our residential real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads through the CRM system, providing accurate project information, qualifying customer requirements, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
- Provide detailed information about residential projects, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Update and manage customer data, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Qualify leads and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong customer engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, customer service, or real estate sales support.
- Working knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹24,000 per month (including incentives)
