Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the telecalling/sales team to achieve monthly targets.
• Plan and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct regular training & performance reviews.
• Coordinate with management for site visits and client meetings.
• Maintain team reports and ensure daily call productivity.
• Ensure timely site visits, client meetings, and deal closures
• Coordinate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth lead management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in managing a small sales team (real estate preferred).
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge.
