About the Role

We are looking for a client-facing Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant who can bridge the gap between prospective clients, sales teams, and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will lead discovery discussions, understand business requirements, define project scope, support estimation, handle client objections, and contribute to deal closures for software development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and requirement-gathering calls with international clients.
  • Understand business objectives, workflows, user journeys, integrations, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct structured discussions to uncover project scope, timelines, budgets, and business priorities.
  • Present company capabilities, delivery methodology, and relevant project experience.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to prepare estimates and solution approaches.
  • Convert client discussions into requirement summaries, scope documents, assumptions, and proposal inputs.
  • Support proposal preparation, solution positioning, and commercial discussions.
  • Handle client concerns related to pricing, timelines, project delivery, maintenance, and support.
  • Participate throughout the sales cycle until project closure and successful handover to the delivery team.
  • Maintain accurate meeting notes, MOMs, scope documents, and client communication records.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT Services, Software Consulting, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Solution Consulting, or Pre-Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of custom software development projects.
  • Ability to engage with international clients and conduct professional discovery calls.
  • Experience working with web, mobile, SaaS, eCommerce, CRM, AI, and integration-based projects.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to translate ambiguous client requirements into structured project scope and deliverables.
  • Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to discuss timelines, effort estimates, project risks, and delivery approaches confidently.
