Role Summary
We are looking for a techno-commercial Solution Architect with strong pre-sales experience to design scalable, AI-driven solutions. The role requires expertise in Generative AI, cloud architecture, and client engagement, with the ability to convert business requirements into structured technical proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and define solutions
- Drive pre-sales activities, including solutioning, proposals, and estimations
- Design high-level and low-level architectures (HLD/LLD)
- Build and present GenAI-based solutions (LLMs, RAG, vector DBs)
- Create SOWs, cost estimations, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams for solution feasibility and delivery
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales / solution consulting roles
- Strong knowledge of system design & cloud architecture (AWS preferred)
- Understanding of Generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines)
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and scalable systems
- Ability to create architecture diagrams and client presentations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Hands-on with OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / LangChain
- Exposure to multi-agent AI systems
- Basic coding experience (Python / Node.js)
