The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre-sales Solution Lead with a strong
understanding of enterprise IT solutions and client engagement. In this role, you'll work closely
with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions
and support the sales cycle from discovery to closure. You will be instrumental in positioning
Millipixels solutions as the strategic choice for digital transformation & IT enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyze business and technical
requirements.
- Translate client needs into actionable, solution-oriented proposals aligned with Millipixels solution portfolio (UI/UX, custom software development, product engineering, cloud, AI, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals, solution architectures, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client goals.
- Drive the response process for RFPs/RFIs, technical POCs, and solution walkthroughs.
- Conduct compelling product and capability demonstrations in client-facing meetings.
- Maintain a strategic understanding of client pain points, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure seamless documentation and knowledge transfer between pre-sales and delivery functions.
- Stay updated with latest technical advancements in the industry. For Example: Rags, AI, ML, Agentic AI, Gen AI etc.
Qualifications
- Master's in business administration, bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise solutioning within IT services or digital consulting.
- Strong grasp of IT solution architectures, enterprise platforms, and digital transformation strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience preparing proposals, technical documentation, and client-facing decks.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a consultative approach.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices architecture, or frontend frameworks.
- Exposure to product design workflows and UX principles.
- Familiarity with CRM and pre-sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Lucidchart, Canva, Notion).
- Stay updated with latest technical advancements in the industry. For Example: Rags, AI, ML, Agentic AI, Gen AI etc.
