FuturePath AI is seeking a Presales/Solutions Consultant to join our team as a technical and strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Engineering.
In this role, you will serve as a product champion and trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise prospects understand how FuturePath AI's agentic platform transforms how work gets done across IT, HR, Finance, and enterprise operations.
As a product champion, you will:
- Deliver compelling, customized demonstrations of the FuturePath AI platform
- Translate complex agentic AI capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives
- Lead architecture, capability, integration, and security deep dives
- Tell strong stories grounded in real customer workflows and enterprise realities
As a technical consultant, you will:
- Partner with prospects to deeply understand their systems, workflows, and pain points
- Identify high-impact use cases where agentic AI can deliver measurable value
- Design and run proofs-of-concept that demonstrate real-world feasibility
- Capture technical and business requirements to support successful deployment
You will work closely with Account Executives across both fast-moving commercial opportunities and strategic enterprise deals. Your day-to-day may include:
- Delivering live demos to new prospects and executive stakeholders
- Building relationships with technical and business buyers
- Designing and delivering custom demos, including integrations with customer systems
- Running hands-on workshops and proof-of-concepts
- Answering technical questions and shaping solution architectures
- Partnering internally to ensure clean handoffs into post-sales delivery and customer success
This role is highly cross-functional. You will collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership, influencing not only deals but also product direction, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
At FuturePath AI, Presales Solutions Engineers are not support roles. They are core contributors to how we sell, build, and scale the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations that show, not tell, how FuturePath AI works
- Lead technical workshops covering agentic AI concepts, architecture, integrations, security, and scalability
- Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and build trust throughout the buyer journey
- Define success criteria and design, build, and manage end-to-end proofs-of-concept
- Understand customer technology stacks, workflows, and operational processes
- Document requirements and support seamless handoff to post-sales teams
- Continuously improve demo assets, technical narratives, and sales processes to make them more repeatable and scalable
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in presales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, cloud architectures and RESTful APIs
- Experience working with enterprise systems and complex integrations
- Familiarity with automation platforms, IPaaS, RPA, and low-code/no-code tools is a plus
- Scripting or coding experience to prototype custom workflows or integrations is beneficial
- Ability to explain deep technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort engaging with senior technical stakeholders and executive buyers
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to think creatively and handle objections thoughtfully
- A self-starter mentality with excitement for building processes from the ground up
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and interest in shaping product and narrative
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and internal events
