Pre-Sales Solution Consultant – AI / Agentic AI

About the Role

NitronEdge India is looking for a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant – AI / Agentic AI to support client conversations, product demos, solution planning, and proposal work across AI and agentic AI offerings.

The role involves working with sales, product, engineering, delivery, and consulting teams to understand client needs, suggest suitable AI solutions, and explain how the solution can create business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements, business challenges, workflows, and data availability.
  • Identify suitable AI and agentic AI use cases based on client needs.
  • Support sales teams in qualifying opportunities from a solution-fit perspective.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored product demos.
  • Support solution planning for custom AI projects, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Create demo flows, solution notes, workflow diagrams, and proposal inputs.
  • Review data readiness, integration needs, and implementation feasibility.
  • Support RFPs, RFIs, technical questionnaires, and security responses.
  • Explain AI capabilities in terms of business outcomes such as efficiency, cost savings, faster decisions, and improved accuracy.
  • Handle basic technical queries during client discussions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handover after deal closure.
  • Maintain demo assets, FAQs, solution templates, and pre-sales documents.

Required Skills

Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting

  • 3–5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, sales engineering, business analysis, technical consulting, SaaS, AI/ML, data solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Experience in client discussions, requirement gathering, demos, proposals, and proof-of-concepts.
  • Ability to understand client problems and suggest suitable technical solutions.
  • Basic understanding of consultative selling or sales qualification methods.
  • Ability to create solution notes, demo scripts, proposal inputs, and client-facing presentations.

AI & Technical Knowledge

  • Good understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
  • Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and prompt engineering.
  • Exposure to tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
  • Understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, ETL/data pipelines, and enterprise data workflows.
  • Awareness of data privacy, access control, SSO, RBAC, and AI governance basics.

Business & Communication Skills

  • Strong presentation, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple client requirements, demos, and proposal tasks in parallel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications in cloud, AI/ML, data engineering, or solution architecture will be an advantage.
  • Experience in AI products, HR tech, enterprise SaaS, data platforms, automation, or consulting environments will be preferred.
  • Prior exposure to client-facing solution design, product demos, and POC execution will be useful.
