Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales / Sales Consultant to join our business team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CBO, business analysts, and product teams to drive solution-based selling, client acquisition, and deal closures. This role demands both technical and commercial understanding, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving client problems with the right technology solution.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales:

• Collaborate with the Senior management and technical teams to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions.

• Prepare presentations, demos, proposals, and proof of concepts (POCs).

• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create solution architecture documents with high-level estimations.

• Act as a bridge between the sales and product/tech teams during opportunity assessment and solutioning.

• Present demos and solutions to CXO-level stakeholders with confidence.

  

Sales:

• Drive lead generation via outbound/inbound efforts, events, and partnerships.

• Own the complete sales cycle — from first contact to negotiation and closure.

• Manage and maintain a pipeline in CRM and deliver weekly sales forecasts.

• Build long-term relationships with prospects and key accounts.

• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in IT Services / SaaS / Custom Software solution selling.

• Experience in both pre-sales and end-to-end sales cycles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.

• Understanding of modern technology concepts: cloud, SaaS, CRM, ERP, low-code/no-code, etc.

• Ability to create compelling presentations, wireframes, and proposals.

• Good with tools: PowerPoint, Excel, CRM platforms and collaboration tools.

Nice to Have: 

• Background in Business Analysis or Project Management.

• Experience working with enterprise clients across Manufacturing, BFSI, Insurance, etc.

• Comfortable giving product walkthroughs and live demos.
