Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Pre-sales Manager in the Solar EPC division. The Pre-sales Manager will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing technical and commercial proposals, assisting with project planning, and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to design customized solutions and presenting them effectively to prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include participating in client meetings, addressing technical queries, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, presentations, and assisting with tendering processes
  • Strong understanding of Solar Power systems, Solar Water Heating solutions, and energy projects
  • Excellent client communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proficiency in software tools for project design and management
  • Experience in the solar industry or related fields is an added advantage
