Job Description

A Pre-Sales Managerleads a team that bridges sales and technical aspects, working to understand client needs, designing customized solutions, delivering compelling product demos, and crafting proposals to support the sales team in closing deals, requiring strong leadership, technical acumen, and communication to translate business requirements into viable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • LeadPre-Sales Team:Guide and manage pre-sales specialists in developing solutions for clients.
  • Client Needs Analysis:Collaborate with sales to identify, understand, and qualify customer requirements.
  • Solution Design:Develop tailored technical and business solutions that align with customer needs and company offerings (often SaaS).
  • Presentations & Demos:Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value.
  • Proposal Development:Create and oversee the creation of proposals, RFPs, and solution plans.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Work with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Market Knowledge:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market potential.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Acumen:Deep understanding of products and ability to translate tech to business benefits.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Leadership & Teamwork:Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving:Strong analytical skills to assess needs and solve complex problems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
  • Working on Pre-Sales activities.
  • Handling the Pre-Sales team.
  • Cold calling, out calling to the clients answering their requirements.
  • Achieving sales targets through lead generation every month.
