Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Pre-Sales Manager to lead and manage the pre-sales function for real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of pre-sales associates, driving high-quality lead generation, ensuring effective client engagement, and supporting the sales team to maximize conversions. This role requires strong leadership, process orientation, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales associates
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor productivity and quality
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and qualify high-quality leads from online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all incoming leads
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage with prospective clients via calls and emails to understand their requirements, budget, and preferences
- Provide detailed information about projects, offers, and promotions
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM system
- Ensure data integrity, proper lead tagging, and streamlined processes
Collaboration with Sales Team
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handovers
- Provide necessary support to improve conversion rates and customer experience
Site Visit Coordination
- Encourage and persuade prospects to schedule and attend project site visits
- Coordinate internally to ensure seamless site visit experiences
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track lead conversion ratios and team performance metrics
- Prepare and share regular MIS reports
- Analyze data and recommend process improvements
Process Optimization
- Continuously improve pre-sales processes, scripts, and workflows
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and prospect experience
Candidate Requirements Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- 25 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or business development
- Prior experience in real estate or a related industry is preferred
- Experience in leading and managing a pre-sales team
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi (mandatory)
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs
