Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a pre-sales team of 30–50 members to consistently achieve business targets
- Drive team performance across productivity, quality, and conversion metrics
- Oversee end-to-end sales coordination via inbound and outbound calls
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless operations and a smooth customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a managerial or team leadership role
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams (30–50 members)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Hands-on experience in a telesales or call-based sales environment
- Prior background in the BPO industry is a plus
- Currently working as a Team Leader or Manager
