About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, articulate, and industry-savvy Pre-Sales Consultant to handle high-intent enquiries for our interior design services. This is an Individual Contributor role, meaning you are responsible for managing your own pipeline, meeting qualification targets, and ensuring high conversion rates without team management duties.

You will report directly to the Sr. Sales Manager and act as the critical bridge between digital leads and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Manage incoming enquiries from digital sources (Facebook, Instagram, Website). You must be capable of distinguishing between window shoppers and serious buyers.
  • Consultative Engagement: Engage potential clients to understand their specific needs (Scope: 2BHK/3BHK/Villa, Budget, Timeline, and Floor Plans).
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide structured daily reports to the Sr. Sales Manager detailing call volume, lead status, qualification ratios, and reasons for rejection.
  • Technical Filtering: Use your industry knowledge to ask technical questions about materials (Plywood, MDF, finishes like Acrylic/PU) to gauge serious interest.
  • CRM Management: Meticulously update lead status, conversation notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM.
  • Follow-up Discipline: Manage time effectively to ensure zero leakage of leads through rigorous follow-ups.

Requirements (Must Haves)
  • Education: A graduate in any stream (10+2+3 regular education).
  • Language Proficiency:Must be proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English with proper grammar to handle local Indian consumers effectively.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the Interior Design, Modular Furniture, or Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Adaptability: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types over the phone.
  • Experience: 24 Years (Interior Design or Real Estate Sales preferred)

Key Skills Required
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Ability to assess client intent quickly.
  • Customer Handling & Rapport Building: Building trust in the first 60 seconds of the call.
  • Target Orientation: Self-driven to hit daily connection and qualification numbers.
  • Upselling Ability: Ability to highlight premium finishes and hardware brands to increase lead value.
