Internship Role DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Interns to join our Bengaluru team for a 2-month paid, on-site internship.
As a Pre-Sales Intern, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our puja services, and qualifying leads before passing them to the operations team. High-performing interns will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).
Key Responsibilities- Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, website, and social media
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable puja services
- Explain puja processes, pricing, timelines, and inclusions clearly
- Qualify and nurture leads before handing over to the operations team
- Follow up with interested customers to close initial conversations
- Maintain accurate lead details and conversation notes in internal systems
- Support festival-based campaigns and high-volume inquiry periods
Eligibility & Qualifications- Graduate / Final-year student / Recent graduate preferred
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over phone and chat
- Fluency in English (regional languages like Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil are a plus)
- Interest in sales, pre-sales, customer engagement, or business development
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Google Sheets is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple leads efficiently
