Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Pre Sales Intern at Bhawani Fitness. The Pre Sales Intern will engage with potential clients via calls, messages, and digital channels to understand their needs and introduce Bhawani Fitness's fertility and wellness programs. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, scheduling consultations, sharing program information, and updating lead details in CRM or tracking tools. The intern will support the sales team by qualifying leads, documenting client requirements, and assisting in preparing basic proposals or follow-up communication. The role may also involve coordinating with marketing for campaigns, participating in training sessions, and providing feedback on client trends to help improve outreach and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with prospective clients.
- Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries empathetically, manage expectations, and build trust.
- Foundational Sales skills to qualify leads, explain offerings, and support conversion activities.
- Willingness to learn and participate in Training related to products, processes, and client engagement.
- Interest in developing basic Sales Management exposure by maintaining records, tracking leads, and supporting the sales funnel.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and basic proficiency in online communication tools and CRM or spreadsheets.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness; prior exposure to wellness, healthcare, or counseling environments is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in business, marketing, psychology, wellness, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
