Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Presales Executive will focus on following up with prospective clients and assisting in the preparation of proposals. The individual will collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Candidates will play a crucial role in facilitating client interactions and supporting seamless project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other platforms

• Understand client requirements and explain company services

• Schedule design meetings and site visits for the sales/design team

• Follow up with prospective clients regularly

• Maintain lead data and update CRM records

• Coordinate with designers and sales teams for appointments and client requirements

• Build strong relationships with potential customers

• Ensure prompt response and professional communication with clients

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, customer support or interior sales preferred

• Basic understanding of interior design/services is an added advantage

• Ability to handle client conversations confidently

• Knowledge of CRM and lead management is preferred

• Candidates holding a Master's Degree will have an added advantage

• Candidates from interiors, real estate or sales background are preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Work Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
