About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performance Pre-Sales Growth Lead who can take complete ownership of lead generation to qualification for ourZoho services.

At Strateworks, you will play a critical role in fueling our sales engine by ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality, sales-ready leads to our 4 Sales Heads and 13-member sales team.

Key Responsibility:

Own the complete lead generation to qualification funnel

Generate leads through any platform like

o Meta

o Google

o LinkedIn

o Expos & Events

o References & Networking

o Field Activities & Database Marketing

Qualify and filter leads before passing to the sales head

Ensure onlyhigh-intent, conversion-ready leads are shared

Work closely with 6 Sales Heads to improve lead-to-closure ratio

Plan and optimize campaigns to reduce Cost per Lead (CPL) and improve ROI

Track performance metrics: CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, Lead Quality

Manage and guide a team of 8–10 members

Collaborate with design & content team for high-performing creatives

Deliver weekly/monthly reports on lead quality and performance.

What We Expect:

Proven experience in IT / SaaS / Zoho lead generation

Strong understanding of funnel strategy, targeting & remarketing

Ability to identify quality vs quantity leads

Experience in handling paid campaigns + offline lead sources

Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decisions

Experience in managing a team of 8+ members

Focus on results, not just activities

Success in This Role Means:
