Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Pre Sales Executive. The Pre Sales Executive will engage in customer communication, identify their requirements, provide tailored product information, and prepare proposals to support sales initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting the sales team, offering pre-sales support, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of YDS products and services to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and build relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and propose relevant solutions.
  • Proactive attitude, team collaboration, and time-management skills to meet deadlines and achieve team objectives.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office, Excel applications is an advantage.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
