Pre-Sales Executive

Calling all Real Estate Pre-Sales Executives & Telecallers!

If you enjoy speaking with customers, qualifying enquiries, and helping prospects take the next step towards a site visit, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll own:

• Connect with and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns

• Understand customer requirements and investment intent

• Schedule and coordinate site visits

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects

• Maintain lead records and CRM hygiene

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Management (preferred)

• Strong communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English

• Excellent conversation and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls

• Self-driven, organized, and customer-focused approach

• Comfortable with CRM systems and structured follow-ups
