Pre Sales Executive

Role Overview We are looking for enthusiastic and smart graduates who want to start their careers in Pre-Sales. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will interact with students, understand their study-abroad needs, and support the sales and counseling teams with lead qualification and information sharing.

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

● Understand student requirements and qualify leads based on interest and eligibility.

● Explain UniScholars services, available courses, universities, and basic admission processes.

● Schedule appointments/demos for senior counselors and ensure smooth handovers.

● Follow up on warm leads to increase conversions.

● Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.

● Support webinars, events, and marketing campaigns as required.

● Provide quick responses and maintain high service quality during student interactions. 

Required Skills

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Good listening ability and customer-first attitude.

● Ability to learn quickly and understand processes.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to use CRM tools.

● Positive, energetic, and target-oriented mindset. 

Preferred (Good to Have)

● Internship or up to 1 year of experience in pre-sales, customer support, EdTech, or counseling.

● Interest in the overseas education industry.
