Role Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing leads, following up with potential buyers, and assisting in scheduling site visits for residential and commercial projects. This role plays a vital part in bridging the gap between initial customer interest and an on-site sales meeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads; follow up with interested leads regularly to convert them into walk-ins or bookings.
- Project Pitching: Explain project details, location benefits, pricing, and amenities clearly to prospective buyers.
- Inbound Handling: Handle inbound calls and resolve basic queries regarding ongoing projects.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm site visits with the sales team.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain call logs, update CRM systems with call status, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal lead conversions.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive client relationship throughout the interaction lifecycle.
