Role Overview
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a hands-on role that combines customer engagement, field sales support, business development, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has prior startup experience, enjoys interacting with customers, is comfortable with on-ground sales activities, and can adapt quickly to evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and business challenges
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings
• Support lead qualification and opportunity development for the sales team
• Participate in customer visits, product trials, and field demonstrations
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support business growth
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams on ongoing initiatives
• Support ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required in a startup environment
What We're Looking For
• 2-3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development or Sales Support
• Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth company is mandatory
• Comfortable with field visits and customer-facing responsibilities
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work across multiple departments and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
• Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, hospitality, FMCG, or cleaning solutions
