Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and connect with potential clients through LinkedIn, social media platforms, and other professional networks.
• Conduct email marketing campaigns and use other creative or personal methods to generate qualified leads.
• Develop a clear understanding of Serve HR's service offerings and effectively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects.
• Research target companies to understand their business model, HR setup, and potential compliance needs.
• Schedule introductory calls and meetings for senior team members or the Sales Director.
• Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes, capturing client pain points, queries, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate internally with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely followups and closure of leads.
• Maintain and update CRM records with accurate data on leads, conversations, and next steps.
• Follow up with clients post-meetings or proposals to ensure engagement and deal progression.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and service summaries for client meetings.
• Track and analyze campaign and lead generation performance to improve outreach effectiveness.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry updates to strengthen pitch positioning.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English Language is must
Working Days & Timing
TIMINGS: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
WEEK OFFS: All Sundays and Last Saturdays is off
WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday
