About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate with 1-2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Executive, you are the first voice of RELAI. You will connect with inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, and digital channels — understand where they are in their homebuying journey, qualify them for an expert advisory session, and prepare them to make the most of it. You do not sell properties. You open the right conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads within SLA — WhatsApp, phone, and digital channels.
  • Conduct structured lead qualification: understand budget, locality preference, timeline, end-use vs investment, loan status.
  • Identify and filter serious buyers from window shoppers — without being dismissive to either.
  • Schedule expert advisory sessions for qualified leads; prepare the buyer on what to expect.
  • Send pre-session briefing to the Expert — clear summary of buyer profile, stated needs, and open questions.
  • Re-engage dropped or cold leads with structured follow-up sequences via WhatsApp and phone.
  • Handle early objections on pricing, timing, or process — with honest, calm responses (not sales scripts).
  • Update Zoho CRM after every interaction — lead status, notes, next follow-up date.
  • Flag leads showing high intent to Presales Lead immediately — no delay in pipeline movement.
  • Maintain daily call and conversation logs; participate in team review calls.

Skills required:

  • Warm, confident communication — phone and WhatsApp both
  • Active listening — asks before assuming buyer intent
  • Structured qualification — collects budget, timeline, intent without interrogating
  • Follow-up discipline — no lead goes cold without a reason
  • Clear spoken and written Telugu + Hindi + English
  • Patience under repeated objections — no pressure tactics
