Inside Sales and Client Relations | Real Estate Growth

Location: Thane, Mulund, and Andheri, Mumbai

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Opportunity Vanguard Ventures is expanding its sales operations across Mumbai's primary real estate hubs. We are seeking high-energy Pre-Sales Executives to manage client inquiries and act as a professional bridge between leads and our residential and commercial projects. This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable with phone-based engagement and are looking to build a lucrative career in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Proactively calling qualified leads provided by the company to introduce and explain upcoming residential and commercial projects.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Managing incoming inquiries from potential clients, addressing project-related questions, and providing information on location, pricing, and amenities.
  • Site Visit Scheduling: Persuading and coordinating with prospective clients to schedule and confirm project site visits in Thane, Mulund, or Andheri.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining an organized and accurate database of all outbound and inbound calls, ensuring lead statuses are updated in real-time.
  • Professional Follow-ups: Building rapport with potential clients through consistent and structured follow-up communication to maximize conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (HSC); Graduates from any stream are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with strong verbal communication skills will be considered.
  • Communication: Clear and confident speech with proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.
  • Mindset: Target-oriented, resilient, and motivated by performance-based incentives.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and experience in maintaining digital call logs.
  • Punctuality: Ability to adhere strictly to the designated 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM work schedule.
