Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join Spazioliv. The role involves handling inbound leads, connecting with potential customers, qualifying requirements, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and experience in customer interaction, telecalling, or pre-sales within the interior design, real estate, or home décor industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/leads.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales & Design team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead management.
- Support sales conversions through timely communication.
- Build positive customer relationships and enhance client experience.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage lead pipelines.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Background
