Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Call potential customers and explain real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Convince interested customers to schedule property site visits.
Follow up with customers and maintain lead details.
Update customer information and lead status in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills

Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi is mandatory; Marathi is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
