Position Overview:

We are hiring Tele-caller to handle outbound calls and inquiries for real estate sales. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Follow-up: Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries.

Customer Service: Provide detailed information about properties and services.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or site visits for prospective buyers.

Data Management: Update CRM with customer details and call outcomes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in real estate.

Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Location: Chennai, Nungambakkam

• Salary: 12k to 15K with performance-based incentives.
