Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients through outreach, networking, and sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with product and academic teams to develop client-specific educational solutions
  • Align with marketing teams to ensure promotional efforts reflect current offerings and value propositions
  • Present and demonstrate MSU's educational products and solutions to prospective clients
  • Collect and share client feedback to guide product improvement and strategy
  • Support the implementation and onboarding of clients to new educational products or initiatives

Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim (MSU) has been established with the passage of The Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim Act 2021 in the Sikkim State Legislative Assembly on 29th June 2021. MSU shall strive to bring convergence of the skilling ecosystem with higher education.
