About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing real estate team.

Salary: Up to 7.2 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and outbound calls from potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
• Explain property projects, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
• Qualify leads and convert enquiries into potential sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.

Who Can Apply

• Freshers in real estate with excellent communication and convincing skills.
• 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate preferred.
• Candidates from Aviation, Insurance, Hospitality, and other customer-facing industries are welcome.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent Hindi and English communication.
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
