Job Description

The Pre-Sales Executive will support the sales function by engaging with enterprise retail clients and assisting across the sales lifecyclefrom initial outreach to product demonstrations and proposal support. The role is designed for early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career in B2B Sales, SaaS, and AI-based products, with structured training and mentorship provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Research and Engagement
  • Research and identify prospective retail brands and decision-makers
  • Initiate professional communication with potential clients
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and product demonstrations
  • Product Understanding and Demonstrations
  • Learn the working of an AI-based retail analytics product
  • Assist in live product demonstrations
  • Gradually conduct demos under guidance after training
  • Sales and Proposal Support:
  • Assist in preparing pitch decks and commercial proposals
  • Support the sales team during the deal qualification and closure process
  • Understand client requirements and basic ROI discussions
  • Reporting and Coordination:
  • Prepare MIS and performance reports
  • Maintain CRM records and sales tracking data
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams
