Key responsibilities-
- New/Potential client coordination using lead generation
- Engage with the customer successfully on the first call
- Setting up all meetings
- Maintain Google tracker
- Take follow-ups and coordinate with clients
- Project site visits
- New products - catalogues
- Proactive measures to improve business
- Available for customer calls after work hours as part of customer engagement
- Assists in the development of the sales plan
- Prepares forecasts and reports for the upper management in organisational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
