Firstventure is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and crafting compelling solutions that address client needs. You will act as a bridge between the sales team and our technical departments, ensuring prospective clients fully understand the value and capabilities of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Conduct engaging and effective product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients, both virtually and in-person.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFIs (Request for Information) responses.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Firstventure's products and services, articulating their technical features and business benefits.
- Provide technical consultation and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer pain points.
- Work with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback from the field and contribute to product roadmap enhancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, earning their trust and confidence.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Firstventure and gather market intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions consulting role within the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of mobile application development, software solutions, or related IT services.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer challenges and propose effective technical solutions.
- Experience in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have:
- Prior experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
