JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a confident and proactive pre-sales executive with at least one year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Excellent English communication skills and confidence in speaking with US-based prospects are essential for this role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Identify prospects and understand their business requirements.
• Introduce company services and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads based on business needs and sales potential.
• Schedule meetings and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections.
• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to work the US night shift and meet performance targets.
