Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in Banjara Hills. The Pre Sales Executive will engage with prospective customers, understand their furniture and interior requirements, and present suitable product options and design solutions. Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, conducting showroom walk-throughs, preparing quotations and basic proposals, and following up with leads to support the sales closure process. The role also involves coordinating with the design and production teams for custom requirements, maintaining accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and providing timely updates to both clients and internal stakeholders. The Pre Sales Executive will contribute to product displays, support marketing and promotional activities, and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal and written communication, and professional presentation abilities.
  • Sales and pre-sales skills such as lead qualification, needs analysis, product demonstrations, and basic negotiation and follow-up capabilities.
  • Comfort with using CRM or sales tracking tools, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
  • Interest in furniture, interiors, or design, with the ability to understand product features, materials, finishes, and customization options.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work on-site in Banjara Hills, including weekends or extended hours as required for peak showroom or client times.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or pre-sales.
  • Prior experience in furniture, home décor, luxury retail, or interior solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.
