Position: Pre-Sales Engineer network & cyber security

Key Responsibilities:

Network Design & Implementation

נDevelop scalable and secure network architectures.

נDesign and deploy LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

Configuration & Installation

נConfigure routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VoIP systems.

נInstall and support network equipment like DNS, DHCP, and WAN accelerators.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

נMonitor network performance and resolve issues.

נApply software patches and replace faulty hardware.

Security Management

נImplement encryption and other security protocols.

נEnsure compliance with organizational security policies.

Client Engagement

נCollaborate with sales teams to understand customer Requirements

נConduct meetings to gather technical & business needs.

Solution Design

נDesign and propose networking solutions tailored to client needs.

נCreate architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

Technical Presentations

נDeliver product demonstrations and presentations.

נExplain complex networking concepts in simple terms to clients.

Sales Support

נAssist in preparing proposals, RFPs/RFIs, and pricing models.

נProvide technical backup during client meetings & negotiations.

נAddress technical objections and ensure feasibility.

Required Skills and Certifications:

CCNA CCNP and other Network or Security certifications

Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN).

Security product service like

Next Gen AV, EDR, MDR

Web security, DLP, Email Security,

Cloud security like SASE/CASB, WAF, CSPM, DSPM

SIEM, SOC

VAPT

Experience with Cisco technologies (routers, switches, firewalls).

Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

Familiarity with technical sales processes and CRM tools.

Problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
