Role Description

We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer – Network & Wireless for a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi. The role involves providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, assisting with pre-sales solutions by understanding client requirements, and delivering tailored demonstrations. Responsibilities include designing network and wireless solutions, coordinating with sales and technical teams, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through technical presentations and support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong understanding of network and wireless technologies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to convey complex technical information effectively and build strong client relationships
• Experience in Sales, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and present solutions aligned with customer needs
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to manage project deadlines
• Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 5/6/6E), RF design & heatmaps
• Aruba/Cisco (Aruba Central, Meraki)
• RF tools (Ekahau, AirMagnet)
• HLD/LLD, BoQ, POCs & client presentations
• Experience in high-density wireless design
