What we are looking for : An experienced and self-driven candidate to lead the Pre-sales profile of our building management & Environment Safety solutions.
As a key member of our small, agile team of 10, you will work independently to define sales & marketing strategies.
Job Description:
Participate inclient meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Assist sales teams inpricing, negotiations, and deal closure support.
Support sales team withtechno-commercial presales activities.
Understand client requirements, drawings, BOQs, and consultant specifications.
Assist in designing HVAC / BMS / building automation solutions.
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals.
Support tender reviews, technical submissions, and compliance statements.
Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for pricing and technical inputs.
Help qualify leads and assess opportunities from a technical perspective.
Maintain presales documentation, templates, and costing data.
Support smooth handover of awarded projects to execution teams.
