- Role Overview: We are seeking proactive and skilled Presales Engineers to manage client demo, provide on-site support, and ensure the seamless demo/PoCs of our AI-based camera analytics systems. This hybrid role requires a mix of on-site visits and remote work. The selected candidates will operate from their respective regions—New Delhi, Mumbai, or South Gujarat—and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: * Visit client sites to: * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features. * Deploy and configure camera analytics systems. * Provide training and handovers to client teams. * Diagnose and resolve on-site issues related to camera feeds, networks, and system configurations. * Provide ongoing support to clients, both on-site and remotely, as required. * Assist with preventive maintenance and ensure optimal system performance. * Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. * Work remotely from home when not on-site, maintaining availability for remote troubleshooting or support tasks.

- Proficiency in computer networks, IP cameras, and NVR systems. * Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization. * Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. * Strong communication and client management abilities. * Willingness to travel for on-site visits. Preferred Skills (Optional): * Familiarity with IoT technologies and their deployment. * Hands-on experience with AI-based analytics tools.
- Qualifications: * Minimum qualification: B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering/ MCA with 2-3 years of experience in presales/customer engagement.
