Data & Advance Analytics TSC offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Our offering helps clients innovate, and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively

Required Skills:

12–18 years of experience across enterprise data integration, modernization, data quality, governance, and master data management

Proven experience leading large-scale data platform, integration, and cloud modernization programs

Strong ability to define enterprise architecture across integration, metadata, quality, governance, and AI-enabled data management

Deep hands-on and architecture experience with Informatica IDMC and major cloud ecosystems

Experience with IDMC core services, including:

• Cloud Data Integration (ETL/ELT pipelines)
• Cloud Data Quality (profiling, validation, cleansing)
• Data Governance & Catalog (lineage, metadata, discovery)
• Master Data Management (MDM SaaS, Customer 360)
• CLAIRE AI (Copilot, GPT, Agents)

Experience with AI and GenAI capabilities within IDMC, including:

• CLAIRE Copilot for AI-assisted pipeline development
• CLAIRE GPT for natural language data interaction
• CLAIRE Agents for autonomous data management
• Metadata-driven AI automation and recommendations
• AI-enabled data governance, quality, and discovery

Responsibilities:

Solution Strategy & Architecture

Define enterprise data platform strategies across multi-cloud ecosystems, positioning Informatica IDMC as a core integration, metadata, and data management layer.

Lead solution architecture for enterprise data integration across batch, real-time, API-based, and cloud-native ETL/ELT patterns.

Design scalable ecosystems using Cloud Data Integration, metadata-driven architecture, reusable patterns, and hybrid integration across applications, data platforms, and cloud environments.

Data, Analytics & AI Delivery

Oversee end-to-end delivery of IDMC-based data integration pipelines, data movement across Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud platforms, and AI-enabled data workflows.

Ensure adoption of metadata-driven design, reusable mappings, DataOps practices, and integration standards across delivery teams.

Leverage IDMC AI capabilities, including CLAIRE Copilot, CLAIRE GPT, CLAIRE Agents, and AI-driven recommendations to improve productivity, automation, and workflow execution.

Practice & Capability Building

Build and scale IDMC capability with emphasis on cloud data integration frameworks, reusable accelerators, and automation using CLAIRE AI.

Drive AI-enabled data management adoption, integration modernization, and legacy migration initiatives across client environments.

Lead presales, solutioning, enterprise integration strategy, and cross-platform integration across Databricks, Snowflake, cloud applications, and core enterprise systems.

Enterprise Architecture & Delivery Governance

• Define enterprise integration architecture using Informatica IDMC as a scalable foundation for cloud and hybrid data ecosystems
• Standardize ETL/ELT design patterns, reusable components, performance practices, and delivery guardrails
• Embed advanced capabilities such as CLAIRE AI, metadata-driven automation, and AI-assisted pipeline and workflow generation
• Govern delivery through architecture reviews, estimation models, quality controls, and risk management frameworks
• Support proposals, modernization roadmaps, and enterprise transformation programs with clear technical direction and delivery confidence
