Data & Advance Analytics TSC offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Our offering helps clients innovate, and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively
Required Skills:
12–18 years of experience across data engineering, analytics platforms, AI/ML, or enterprise data modernization
Proven ability to shape enterprise architecture across lakehouse, cloud, governance, analytics, and AI-enabled environments
Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Deep working knowledge of Databricks platform capabilities, including:
- Delta Lake and lakehouse architecture, including medallion-based data design
- Unity Catalog for governance, access control, lineage, and security
- Workflows and Jobs for orchestration of reliable data pipelines
- Delta Live Tables for automated ETL, data quality, and pipeline management
- Mosaic AI capabilities, including Model Serving, Vector Search, and MLflow
Experience delivering AI and GenAI solutions on Databricks, including:
- RAG architectures using Vector Search or AI Search
- Model lifecycle management, tracking, and deployment using MLflow
- LLM integration, embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation patterns
- Agentic AI solution design and GenAI application development
Responsibilities:
Solution Strategy & Architecture
Define data platform strategies that align business objectives with modern cloud and lakehouse architectures across:
- Azure, AWS, and GCP environments with Databricks Lakehouse as the core data and AI platform
- Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Lakebase, and semantic or ontology-driven modeling approaches
Lead architecture definition for:
- Lakehouse implementations using Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers
- Batch, incremental, and streaming pipelines using Spark-based processing patterns
- AI/ML and GenAI enablement built on Databricks-native capabilities
Design scalable, secure, and performance-oriented ecosystems using:
- Delta Lake for reliable storage, ACID transactions, and performance optimization
- Unity Catalog for unified governance, access management, lineage, and auditability
- Lakebase and semantic modeling patterns to support emerging AI and analytics workloads
Data, Analytics & AI Delivery
Own and guide end-to-end delivery across:
- Data engineering solutions built with PySpark, SQL, and Databricks Workflows
- Advanced analytics and BI solutions integrated with curated lakehouse data products
- AI/ML and GenAI use cases embedded into operational data pipelines and analytics workflows
Drive engineering discipline through:
- DataOps and MLOps practices using MLflow, CI/CD, and governed release processes
- Lakehouse design standards, workload optimization, and platform performance tuning
Apply Databricks AI capabilities to production-grade solutions, including:
- Mosaic AI capabilities such as Model Serving, Foundation Model integration, and MLflow
- Vector Search or AI Search for retrieval-augmented generation patterns
- LLM integration, embedding strategies, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks
Practice & Capability Building
Build and scale Databricks capability by developing:
- Lakehouse accelerators, reusable ingestion and ETL frameworks, and RAG implementation templates
- Architecture playbooks, mentoring structures, and delivery governance practices
Champion adoption of:
- GenAI, agentic AI, and the convergence of data engineering, analytics, and AI workloads
- Databricks ecosystem capabilities, roadmap alignment, and platform best practices
Lead presales and solutioning for:
- Large-scale data migration, modernization, and AI transformation programs
- Architecture visioning, executive workshops, and stakeholder alignment
Enterprise Architecture & Delivery Governance
- Define enterprise lakehouse and AI architecture patterns on Databricks
- Establish standards for pipelines, compute, storage, security, and AI workloads
- Incorporate advanced platform capabilities such as:
- Lakebase for operational and AI-centric data workloads
- Semantic and ontology-oriented modeling evolution
- Mosaic AI and GenAI workloads for enterprise use cases
- Govern delivery through architecture reviews, estimation discipline, dependency management, and risk controls
Support proposals, platform roadmaps, solution narratives, and executive-level discussions
